Ismism is the fourth album by English band Godley & Creme. The album was released in the US under the name Snack Attack. The album cover originally was in white with the title spelt out via holes in the cover which showed a contrasting colour beneath. Later versions used coloured dots instead of holes. An alternative version of the cover featured a black background. It contained two UK top 10 singles, "Wedding Bells" and "Under Your Thumb". All songs composed by Kevin Godley and Lol Creme.

1. Snack Attack Lyrics.
Prone to pretension, these two English Frank Zappas revel in outright silliness on much of this album, which was also released as Snack Attack. The mix puts their voices higher than usual, highlighting some truly bent tales of munchy madness, desert skullduggery, and JFK assassins. For contrast, there's the gorgeous "Wedding Bells," a rare AM hit for the former 10cc mates.
GODLEY and CREME left 10CC in 1976 to develop and market the Gizmo and undertook an ambitious project to create a showcase album for their invention based around the short demo they had written. Over the following 18 months, the project grew exponentially, resulting in the 3 disc concept album Consequences.
Godley & Creme were an English rock duo formed in Stockport in 1977 by Kevin Godley and Lol Creme. The pair began releasing music as a duo after their departure from the rock band 10cc. In 1979, they directed their first music video with the single "An Englishman in New York".
If Godley & Creme had never made another record after they spilt from 10cc, they'd still have made a huge impact. Freeze Frame" is one of their best most consistent album mixing the melodic approach on "Consequences" with the unusual arrangements seen on "L". The title track along with "I Pity Inanimated Objects" percolating beat at the heart of "An Englishman in New York" and "Brazilia" (featuring Roxy Music guitarist Phil Manzanera)are all stand out tracks. The album "Ismism" aka "Snack Attack" features one of the duo's best and most popular tracks (outside of "Cry"). Wedding Bells" has a soulful and powerful vocal from Kevin Godley. Once again many of the bonus tracks compare to their best work including the underrated and witty "Power Behind the Throne".
