11th Concert, soprano instrument and continuo 12th–13th Concert, both Concerts are for 2 violes or other unison instruments; 12th concert part 1 has figured bass numbers ad libitum, but its realisation rightly discouraged by Couperin 14th Concert, soprano instrument and continuo 'Le Parnasse, out L'apothéose de Corelli: Grande Sonade en Trio', 2 soprano instruments. Continuo part is unrealized in the facsimile, and in the 10th Concert, the 'Plainte' movement specifies "pour 2 violes.

Le Tombeau de Couperin is a suite for solo piano by Maurice Ravel, composed between 1914 and 1917, in six movements based on those of a traditional Baroque suite. Each movement is dedicated to the memory of a friend of the composer (or in one case, two brothers) who had died fighting in World War I. Ravel also produced an orchestral version of the work in 1919, although this omitted two of the original movements. As a preparatory exercise, Ravel had transcribed a forlane (an Italian folk dance) from the fourth suite of Couperin's Concerts royaux, and this piece invokes Ravel's Forlane structurally. The well-known soloists on this set - Sigiswald Kuijken, Claude Rippas, Gustav Leonhardt, Frans Bruggen, Anner Bylsma and Lucy van Dael - perform their roles admirably, in tune, with never a lick of interference between their playing and the score. I had the opportunity to attend some of their concerts and in my memory those concerts were way better than the recordings.
