There are many cool and thunderous jams on the Jukin Bone records from the 70s: Jungle Fever, Candy Man, Whiskey Woman, Cara Lynn, Way Down East and several others qualify as great rock recordings, but it's as if The Bone had been brooding since '72 for life to give them a shot at redefining their history. This album does that and so much more. It captures the muscle and power of Jukin Bone rock and roll on Big Money, Nothin' To Lose, End of the Bar, and Born Bad. You can feel true yearning and loss in Whiting's voice in Mona's Gone and Today I Sing the Blues. So proud and grateful for Jukin Bone and this wonderful creation.
