This live recording is a documentation of a show in Tel-Aviv, Israel, 3rd of June '93 No overdubs or afterward mixing has been done. In a dream I'm climbing the clouds I touch a subdued sky With my bare hands. In a dream Let me drag you through my world My kingdom for your thoughts What is in your mind. Every night they rise again To meet the lords of death again They live on as souls in eternity Forced by an Ancient Entity. Alone I sit, I wonder why You dream of love and so do I But in your sleep you cannot see This pain which is always haunting me What I need I'll never feel This world is for me unreal So I drink to darkness with a candle lit And through the whole night alone I sit. The sleeping beauty She stops the bleeding She stops the bleeding in my soul She is fresh air in this stinking world.

Album · 1994 · 5 Songs. Ancient Entity (Live in Tel Aviv). 3. The Sleeping Beauty (Live in Tel Aviv). 4. Mountain of Doom (Live in Tel Aviv). 5. Angels Far Beyond (Live in Tel Aviv).
Recorded during Tiamat's Clouds tour, this five-song release hardly smacks of an "official" live album for the Swedish metal innovators, but hardcore fans will certainly be pleased with its excellent sound quality. The band proves itself amply capable of reproducing their complex progressive death metal in a live setting, and though all songs sound great, "Mountain of Doom" and "The Sleeping Beauty" are especially impressive.
Wildhoney (Tiamat album). 1994 studio album by Tiamat. Tiamat vocalist Johan Edlund was unhappy with the recording of the album Clouds, stating that it "definitely didn't turn out the way I wanted it to". After the release of their 1994 tour EP, The Sleeping Beauty (Live in Israel), Edlund fired all members of Tiamat except for John Hagel. In 1994, Tiamat began working on an album. that would become Wildhoney with session musicians Magnus Sahlgren, Lars Sköld and Waldemar Sorychta, who acted as a keyboardist and producer. Edlund later stated that on Wildhoney that he "really did what I wanted to do on Clouds".
