Al Meixner & Alex Meixner. The Grammy award winning participant father and son team of Al & Alex Meixner have finally taken it upon themselves to chronicle their original polka and waltz compositions in this "Digitally Yours" series. All of the selections are contained on other recordings - LPs, Cassette Tapes or CDs but are compiled on this series of CDs for archival purposes. In high school he performed with the London Symphony Orchestra (on trumpet). As an undergrad at Ithaca College in New York he earned a double bachelor's degree in education and performance. At Penn State University he earned a Master's Degree in trumpet performance (WE ARE - PENN STATE!) while coordinating their jazz combo program.

Unknown Mortal Orchestra is the self-titled debut album by American and New Zealand rock band Unknown Mortal Orchestra, released on 21 June 2011 on Fat Possum Records.
